Abundant over State. All., A.A., Balt., Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Dor., Garrett, Harford, Kent, P.G., Queen Annes, Wash., Wic. and Wo. Counties. May 14th to September 26th. Larva feed on low plants such as dandelion. This species is commonly flushed from the forest understory by day.
