DESCRIPTION   Common over State. All., A.A.,Balt., Charles, Dor., P.G., Somerset, Talbot, Wic, Wash. and Wo. Counties. October 5th to April 24th. Larva on choke cherry, oaks and maples as well as carnivorous on other lepidopterous larvae. All Lithophane are winter moths and can be taken more commonly at baits than at night.
